Carrier - How it Works

Step 1 – Bid on each load that comes in

(1) Register Online

(2) Start receiving bid requests for the states you’ve selected in your profile.

(3) Respond with bids for the loads you’d like to move.

(4) If the customer selects your bid, you will be notified.

Step 2 (Optional) – Pre-set prices and provide instant quotes for your preferred lanes. And still bid on loads that come in for other states you service.

(1) Set Prices for your Services and specify one or more preferred lanes.

(2) Provide Instant Quotes for your preferred lanes and bid on loads from all states in your service area.

More Details…

• Carriers register using our online onboarding wizard which walks you through the steps and what is required to become a qualified Vehicle Transport Hub provider.

• Your onboarding packet is reviewed by our onboarding team and upon approval, your account will become active. You’ll start receiving vehicle transport bid requests in your email and on your dashboard for the states you indicated you’ll service in your Carrier Profile during the onboarding.

NOTE: Be sure to add us to your email safe sender list.

• When you receive a load that you’d like to submit a bid on, you simply respond by clicking the “Submit Bid” button in the email or on your dashboard and enter the amount you can transport the vehicle or vehicles for. You’ll also see what other carriers are bidding and how many bids each load has received.

• If the customer selects your bid, you’ll receive a notification and will receive the customers contact information. From here, you have secured the load and it’s time to contact the customer to arrange the pickup.

• You may also choose to provide instant quotes to our customers. This is one of the things that set us apart from the rest. We have you setup your prices using our flexible pricing setup options and select your preferred lanes to provide these instant quotes.

• When you’ve completed the services and fuel surcharge setup pages, you’ll need to use our quote calculator to verify your quotes will be calculated correctly. It’s best to use a previous load you’ve moved as pickup/delivery zip codes so you can confirm the prices your instant quotes will have will be accurate. When you approve your prices, you’ll be publishing instant quotes.
